Week 2: Faith in Conflict
Where Faith Lives:
Living out Authentic Faith in Everyday Life
Week 2: Faith in Conflict
Scripture: Romans 12:17-21
Focus: Living faithfully doesn’t mean avoiding conflict-but handling it with grace, courage, and peace.
Reflection Questions for the Week?
- Is there a conflict in your life where God is calling you to respond differently?
- Where do you need to stop repaying evil for evil?
- Where is God inviting you to live peaceably, even if it’s hard?
- What boundary might you need to set in love, not resentment?
- Who is the Holy Spirit nudging you to forgive or reach out to with kindness?
Prayer to Carry with you:
God of golden grace,
In a world full of hurt and division, teach me the way of peace.
When I am wronged, give me courage to choose grace.
When conflict comes, help me to respond with love and not retaliation.
Fill my broken places with Your healing gold, and make me a vessel of reconciliation.
Let my faith shine, even through the cracks.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Like a kintsugi bowl-cracked, mended, and filled with gold-may your life reflect the beauty of faith lived well, even in conflict.
